The Otto Club started business in May 2006 and seems to have hit the ground running, with eight enjoyable rides available. They include an Aston Martin DB9 Volante, Ferrari 360 Modena, Maserati Quattroporte, and Porsche Boxster S. More of them are scheduled to be added, as well as some not found in other clubs, like a BMW Z8 and a Noble M12, for instance. However, a 5-to-1 member-to-car ratio is expected to be upheld. And the members have a say in which cars should stay, go or be added.

There are three levels of annual membership: Silver ($9,500), Red ($18,000) and Black ($28,000). A points system with each membership level is included. Every car, ride days and months represent a certain number of points. And all members have access to all cars in the collection. If you still doubt whether to join, you can try four- or seven-day “test drives” for $3,500 to $8,000, depending on the vehicle.
