Enjoy two acres of lush tropical landscaping on an island surrounded by the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean.

It is located 1,000 yards away from North Eleuthera and only 1-1/4 miles from Harbor Island.

The visitors may enjoy three cottages, two for guests and one for staff.

There are such modern facilities: desalinization system, central air conditioning in main house, air conditioning in guest cottage, full electric, full plumbing, complete kitchen appliances, state-of-the-art electronics, heated swimming pool and stone floors throughout.

Additionally there are two docks, a sandy beach, automated fish feeder, outdoor shower and a lighthouse.
Island accommodates six overnight guests and includes: full time house keeper; two full-time gardeners (can be reassigned if needed); Cay Manager & boat operator; all meals included.

Cay accommodations are almost unparalleled when it comes to the Bahamas. Visitors will enjoy three bedrooms in two cottages that offer enough space for complete privacy. You may choose among the Monkey Room with its queen size bed, full size bathroom and a marble shower or the Moroccan Room with its queen size bed, located on the second story overlooking Eleuthera. Or try out the Palm Room with its king size bed. The amenities here are a spacious walk-in closet, mini-bar and a full bathroom.

The stylish dining room has windows overlooking the pool and bay, and offers charming views for a romantic evening.

The island lays only one and a half miles from the Cay, and is home to some of the friendliest people in the islands.

Stroll about Dunmore Town and you can look out at the bay and watch the boats go by, or visit the straw markets and see local crafts. No matter what you choose, a soothing experience awaits you.

Getting there
The island is only a short one hour flight from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Visitors will be greeted at the airport by the Cay staff. Then you will board one of the Cay's boats and begin your private island vacation.

Red and white house wines are included at dinners, though liquor, beer and fine wines are not included, and will be added to your bill.
