There are a main villa and two cottages, one of which for staff. The Caribe Cay can hold up to six guests for overnight accommodations and can host reception, dinners, private corporate outings or special events for two to twenty guests.

This house now provides everything of a modern facility: desalinization system; central air conditioning in main house; air conditioning in guest cottage; full electric; full plumbing; complete kitchen appliances; state-of-the-art electronics; heated swimming pool; stone floors throughout; in addition there are two docks, a sandy beach, automated fish feeder, outdoor shower and a lighthouse.

Caribe Cay accommodations are unparalleled when it comes to the Bahamas. There are three bedrooms in two cottages each offer enough space for complete privacy and all offer moreover such amenities as television, Satellite Direct TV, VCR, phone/fax/internet, clock, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Here you may observe the porpoises and loggerhead sea turtles that dwell just beneath the surface of the shallows and come up to the dock for an occasional look at the human wildlife. Caribe Cay is a diver's paradise with shipwrecks and coral reefs within a few minutes boat ride.

Rates
Rental prices are $2500.00 US daily or $15,000.00 US for a week. The beautiful property rental includes: full time house keeper; two full-time gardeners (can be reassigned if needed); Cay Manager & boat operator; all meals included. The wines are included at dinners. Extra liquor, beer and fine wines are not included.
